web2one respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use web2one's eNotes browser enhancement software. Individually identifiable information about you is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").

What we collect
web2one collects personal information about you (your name, email address) when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. web2one does not collect personal data from you that is not relevant to the purposes stated in its Privacy Policy. web2one strives to keep all personal information accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

What do we share
web2one only divulges aggregate information about our users and will not share personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent.

Who do we share with
web2one will never share personal information about you with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, or other third parties. Employees who perform work that involves access to personal information are contractually required to keep the information confidential and not to use it in any way other than as is necessary to perform their work.

Note about children
web2one wants to help parents protect the privacy of their children. We do not consider the web2one eNotes software to be directed towards children. To remove your child's personal information from the web2one database, you can simply email privacy@web2one.com. Chatroom security
web2one may have chat rooms, forums, message boards and newsgroups available to its users. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas becomes public information. Exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. As these forums are public and open for users to interact with each other, web2one expects all its users to respect the rights of others.

Associated sites not controlled by web2one
The sites that you visit when taking eNotes are developed by people over whom web2one exercises no control. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information.
